Drumming for Wellness

All are from 2:00-3:30pm

 

 

Join psychotherapist and music therapist, Megan Gunnell

on a fun experience of rhythm and drumming

to release stress and increase energy!

 Everyone is welcome!

World percussion instruments will be provided.

Feel free to bring your own instruments too.
