meditation along with more traditional supportive therapy techniques
are used in Megan’s practice to help her clients realize their
goals. From her diverse background in the healthcare arena, she
brings a special interest in working with those whose lives have
been touched by life-challenging illnesses, grief, and loss. She
also empowers individuals to address life transitions,
relationships, communication, deeper self-awareness and inner
fulfillment.
Megan received
her MSW degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where she
focused on interpersonal practice and mental health. She is also a
board certified music therapist with a BA from Michigan State
University. Megan is trained in the Helen Bonny method of
guided imagery and music from the Mid-Atlantic Institute. In

for a multicultural worldview. Her calm and centered approach aids
individuals in freely expressing themselves, rediscovering core
strengths and restoring balance. |
