 Staying in Love comes from staying connected.  Too often couples become bombarded by the demands of living and their connection suffers.  The keys to maintaining and strengthening your connection are consistent and enthusiastic nurturing of your relationship and emotion-focused communication. 

 This 3 session seminar will offer specific strategies to keep (or regain) vitality and intimacy in your relationship.  Each session will include a presentation of ideas and techniques followed by discussion.
